Power & Low Current Systems Integrator in Constantine since 2013.

Founded in 2013 in Constantine, Sidouni Technologie was built on a single conviction: professional buildings deserve a technical infrastructure designed as a whole, built to work as a cohesive system.

Ministry of Interior licensed — a legal requirement.

EURL Sidouni Technologie holds a Type 1 license issued by the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning (Executive Decree No. 09-410 of 10 December 2009), covering the importation, sale, installation, maintenance and repair of video surveillance equipment.

For public institutions, procurement departments and project owners, this license guarantees that any CCTV installation is legally compliant and properly documented — a mandatory requirement for public procurement procedures.

Many contractors operate without this license. Choosing an unlicensed provider exposes the project owner to administrative and legal risks. Always ask for proof of license before signing any contract.

What is a Power & Low Current integrator?

A Power & Low Current integrator masters both power systems (electrical panels, generators, UPS) and low current systems (CCTV, alarm, network, automation). Sidouni Technologie designs and installs both — under a single contract.

Is a license required to install CCTV in Algeria?

Yes. Any CCTV installation must be carried out by an operator holding a license from the Ministry of Interior (Executive Decree 09-410). Sidouni Technologie holds this Type 1 license.

What is included in the technical study?

The study includes: needs assessment, site visit, execution plans, cable routing drawings, equipment specifications and a precise bill of quantities. It is the foundation of every project.
